The team left yesterday for the Philippines. Upon getting to the airport they ran into a complication with one of the passports... made for an interesting hour or two but all were allowed to board the plane - Thank you Jesus!!In total we have 12 team members. Please keep them cover in prayer for the next couple of weeks.
Another prayer request is for the youth and junior highs as they are leaving tonight for their retreat.

It was Rae R - what happened was his passport will expire in 3 months and the Philippines require a passport which is valid for at least another 6 months - this was news to everyone. Anyhow, they needed to get special permission to then allow Rae into the country. Complications do happen... it makes for an interesting trip. The last time their plane blew a tire when landing in Davao and while on route the gov't declared a "state of emergency" due to problems an uprising. When flying into London , there was a bomb threat... I've learned to really just pray and put my faith in God not on all the reports and what I'm hearing.
What I do know is each time in spite of opposition - God has moved incredibly in and through all their lives. God is Good - all the time!!
