All eyes were on the radiant bride as her father escorted her down the aisle. They reached the altar and the waiting groom; the bride kissed her father and placed something in his hand.The guests in the front pews responded with ripples of laughter.
Even the priest smiled broadly. As her father gave her away in marriage, the bride gave him back his credit card.

She's got his heart - so that means free access to the credit card, car, computer,etc... you get the picture.

Weddings and movies about weddings usually make me cry. I was a 'basket case' watching Father of The Bride. But, this would be good - it would help alleviate some of the heavy emotion.
When one of our church members was marrying off a daughter this past summer, he was laughing with Mark that He finally got to cut off her allowance too.
This would be hilarious in real life though.
Welcome to my world right now. And if we watched Father of the Bride right now Todd would be a puddle on the floor......(we have already seen it years ago)
Tell Todd to look at it this way - He's not losing a daughter - he's gaining a credit card!! Of course this is AFTER the wedding and after the bills are ALL paid!
